45-Day Return Period

We are glad to provide an extra 45-day return period starting from the day of delivery. You can return your item during this timeframe if you are not completely satisfied with your product for a refund or exchange, depending on the conditions set below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The product has to be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original form.
• The product should have all original labels, tags, and packaging in place.
• A receipt or proof of purchase should be presented.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return address. Make sure to pack the package securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Refund Process

When we receive and process your returned product, we will inform you of the refund status.

Exchanges

Should you desire to exchange a product for another size, color, or type, kindly get in touch with us within the 45-day return period. Exchanges depend on the availability of the products.

If the item you want is not available, we can provide a substitute product or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should your order be damaged on arrival or the item be defective, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We can ask you to send us photos of the defect to enable the replacement or refund process without extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity. Once an item has been dispatched, the normal return procedure is used.
